I don't typically write online reviews but because of the top-notch service we received from Mack at Fasteny Appliance Repair, I felt the need to let everyone know great & helpful he was. Our 35 year old dryer broke down on a Sunday afternoon a couple of weeks ago. It made a loud pop sound and just stopped working mid cycle. I found Fasteny, emailed them immediately and they got back to us right away on Monday morning and scheduled a repair visit for the next day.
Mack showed up exactly within the scheduled time frame. When greeting him at the front door, my husband asked him to go around to the side door for ease of access to the basement. Once he walked in, he immediately asked if he should take off his boots. I thought that was very nice & considerate of him to ask, which was an immediate great first impression. He quickly found the problem in the dryer and said how much it would cost before he started working on it. We gave him the go ahead to proceed, he went to his truck to get the parts that he needed and he had the dryer fixed, cleaned out thoroughly and working in perfect condition - better than before- within the hour.
He also looked into a problem we were having with our washing machine and offered to come back at a later date to fix that issue, via another appointment through Fasteny, if we wanted him to. He took the extra time to answer all of our questions and was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful & friendly. He also cleaned up nicely before he left. Overall, Mack went above & beyond for us and provided impressive, exceptional service. We couldn't have been happier with the overall Fasteny experience. Highly recommend this company. Mac clearly knew what he was doing and the fee was more than reasonable. My LG refrigerator stopped working on a hot day right after I had gone grocery shopping. Fasteny came within an hour, diagnosed the problem, was able to provide a temporary fix, and returned within 48 hours to fix it permanently after the part came in. Mac also fixed the broken ice maker at no extra charge that another company had told me would cost $400 to repair!

Couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Fasteny. Called earlier in the day for service of my Maytag dryer and the service technician was at my home later that afternoon. Mohamad, ( nice young man ) was very knowledgeable had everything he needed to fix the dryer. Done fast clean and reasonbly priced. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family. !!!

One side of our cooktop completely stopped heating and we assumed we needed a new appliance. The technician inspected the unit and found that the infinite switch had failed. He replaced the part quickly and tested every burner before leaving. The repair saved us from buying a new cooktop and everything has been working perfectly since then. Could not be happier with the service.

Our refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling and we were afraid all the food would spoil. The technician came out quickly, diagnosed a bad condenser fan motor, and repaired it the same day. He explained the problem clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the fridge was cooling properly before leaving. Everything has been working perfectly since the repair.

Our washing machine suddenly stopped draining water and the door stayed locked with all our clothes trapped inside. We were worried we would need to replace the whole machine, but the technician arrived the same day and immediately started diagnosing the issue. He found that the drain pump was clogged and also noticed a damaged hose that was starting to leak. He carefully cleaned everything out, replaced the damaged part, and tested multiple wash cycles before leaving to make sure the machine was working properly again. He was professional, respectful, and explained everything clearly without trying to push unnecessary repairs. The washer has been running perfectly ever since and honestly works better now than it did before the problem started.

Excellent service- my online request was answered with a quick call back in less than 15 minutes with several options for an initial diagnostic visit. The tech was super prompt, was able to give me a price for the replacement part (front loading washer seal/boot), an estimated repair time and cost as well. He also was able to give me a great price on a latch replacement and fix for the washing machine drawer pedestal that was broken.
The parts arrived within a few days and he called me and replaced on a Friday night! Worked efficiently and tested everything before leaving.

Fasteny Appliance Repair and Our technician, Mack, from Fasteny are highly recommended. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Mack came the next day after our call to analyze our dryer and give us a quote. He had to get parts and promised to return either the same day or the next. He communicated with us and returned the next day as promised to complete the job. He worked late to be sure he finished and our dryer was working perfectly. He cleaned the dryer and the area he worked in completely. Our final price was exactly the price quoted. We will call them again when we need someone for our appliances.

My subzero built in refrigerator needed repairs. I had called multiple companies before and i was being told the compressor needs to be replaced and the bill was very hefty. When Fasteny arrived they informed me that they could fix it without replacement of the compressor. The technician was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgable.
